Maintenance Request

Submit a Maintenance Request

If you encounter any issues or have a specific request, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Process of a Maintenance Request

  1. Start your request by logging in to your Tenant Portal.
  2. After submitting your request, keep an eye out for a call from the service provider assigned to you. They will provide instructions on how to complete or schedule your repair.
  3. It is imperative that you respond promptly to the service provider to schedule an appointment for the repair. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the service request after three unsuccessful attempts to contact you.
  4. Please ensure that you are available at your residence when the contractor or service provider arrives for the repair. Failure to do so or cancelling less than 24 hours in advance may result in additional charges.
  5. Upon completion of the service, the contractor or service provider will ask you to sign a completed service request form. This form will be returned to Hometown Realty and marked as “Complete.”
  6. If you encounter any issues when submitting your request online, please contact our office directly at (405) 293-3193 for further assistance.

Submit a Maintenance Request

What qualifies as a Maintenance Emergency?

Maintenance emergencies include but are not limited to:

  • Fire or smoke damage
  • Gas leaks or strong gas odors
  • Burst pipes or flooding
  • Major roof leaks or collapses
  • No heat in cold weather
  • No running water or major water leaks
  • Electrical outages or exposed electrical wires
  • Sewage backups or overflows
  • Broken windows or doors that compromise security
  • Major pest infestations that pose a health risk
  • Structural damage or instability that poses a safety risk
  • Any other situation that poses an immediate threat to the safety or habitability of the property or its occupants.

In the case of a maintenance emergency, please contact us immediately at 405-293-3193 for after-hours emergency maintenance requests. Please note that our offices are closed in the evenings and on weekends, and any emergency requests submitted ONLY online will not be received until the following business day.
